Richard joined Gorman Commercial in late 2014 to manage the company’s Leasing Department.
Richard’s previous roles included the management of Leasing Departments at both CBRE and JLL.
During Richard’s professional career, he has built lasting relationships with major institutional landlords and development companies and high net wealth private investors and developers. Richard is also well experienced in acting exclusively for tenants in their search for alternative premises.
