Commencing her real estate career in 1997, Rebecca brings an exponential wealth of industry knowledge to the relentless team at Century 21 Josie Smith and Co. Holding a full Real Estate License, qualified in Sales, Property Management and Business Studies, Rebecca is also a Licensed Auctioneer.

Providing a competitive edge thanks to her in-depth industry knowledge, Rebecca possesses the indispensable experience needed to guide her clients through all real estate situations to achieve the best possible outcome. In addition to appraising, listing, selling and auctioning property for new, repeat and referral clients, during her career Rebecca has also been responsible for the day-to-day operations of three real estate offices, hiring and training of both sales & administration staff and assisting Franchisees with their existing offices and travelling all over Australia to set up new offices. A big believer in practicing what you preach, Rebecca owns multiple investment properties, and always has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market.

When Rebecca is not listing and selling property, you will find her spending time with her husband, two adult children, their partners and her grandson, or cruising with her car club on the roads around Ipswich and beyond.

Rebecca has been an REIQ Member since 2014, on the REIQ Residential Sales Chapter Committee since 2015, was a REIQ Residential Salesperson of the Year Finalist in 2017, voted Chair of the REIQ Residential Sales Chapter Committee from 2018 to 2020, and was the REIQ Zone Chair for Southern Suburbs from 2020 to 2024.
