Rebbecca has 22 years of Real Estate experience and “Vision in Property” was born as a result of Rebbecca’s in depth understanding of the industry and passion for her clients’ needs.

At only 21 years of age Rebbecca first walked through the doors of her first Real Estate office. From there Rebbecca’s career was driven by her client focus and desire of constant improvement and to add value to her clients’ wealth creation journey.

Realizing early that personal growth was the key and a must to professional growth, Rebbecca dedicated a lot of time to personal, professional and spiritual growth. Grit and integrity guided her to the top of her industry within only a few years and in her late 20’s she had opened her own firm, thriving despite a down market, 10 years later she established “Vision in Property”.

Rebbecca is passionate about sharing knowledge and skill and she has trained hundreds of agents across Australia and New Zealand, brokered many sales transactions and grew an impressive rent roll.

In Rebbecca’s current role as Director and Owner of “Vision in Property”, mentoring her team to realize their full potential in their own lives and opening herself up to be a source of inspiration and support is what lies closest to Rebbecca’s heart.

Rebbecca’s passion for people and their wealth creation is ever-present in the long-standing relationships she develops with her clients which stretch in many cases beyond just one deal or transaction or one generation.

The sky is no limit for Rebbecca, more of a marker; with plans of expansion of the various divisions of ‘Vision In Property’ along with broadening opportunities and growth for her existing and future clients.

When Rebbecca is not at work she enjoys spending time with her partner, Dagmar, her adult children Rachael and Luke or progressing her passionate work for animals in need.
