Quentin manages both the rental and sales divisions of Lea Real Estate. He has an excellent understanding of all aspects of real estate and experience in selling a wide range of properties. Added to this, his knowledge of the local area is an invaluable resource for his clients.
Quentin's understanding of the French language allows him to assist a number of international clients with the management of their investments. In addition, Quentin has an excellent understanding of the rights and responsibilities of landlords. Over the years he has attended the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal on many occasions, affording him a good understanding of how the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act applies in the courts.
