Carolyn has been an integral part of PRD Coolangatta/Tweed Heads since 2009, serving as Office Manager and overseeing all aspects of the business across both Queensland and New South Wales. Her role encompasses Sales, Property Management, Commercial Sales and Leasing, Legislation, IT and Accounting, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the entire office.

With a real estate career spanning nearly four decades, Carolyn brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. She began her real estate journey on the NSW Mid North Coast in 1986 before continuing her career on the Gold Coast from 2001. In 2005, Carolyn joined PRD as a Senior Property Manager, where she played a key role in enhancing the quality of both new and existing rental properties, while consistently securing high-quality tenants for her landlords.

Carolyn’s passion for real estate is evident in her dedication, attention to detail and results-driven approach. Having personally bought and sold multiple properties, she possesses a strong, practical understanding of the market and maintains a keen awareness of industry trends.
