Philip Gartland

Philip has extensive experience in deal origination, property canvassing, financial analysis and property due diligence. His transaction expertise is complemented by a superb network of private and institutional investors and developers.

Philip's 16 years' of property experience began in London where he held a number of key positions including Senior Surveyor at King Sturge, a General Practice Chartered Surveying firm based in London.

Here, he held a series of valuation-based roles including asset and mortgage finance valuations; major City of London office rent review negotiations and purchaser acquisition due diligence work.

After moving to Australia in 2002, Philip was appointed a Senior Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis playing a key role in their national retail investment team prior to setting up Stonebridge in 2008.

Philip holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation and Law from the City of London Business School and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. Philip is also a licensed real estate agent.
