Phil Trimble

Phil entered the management rights industry in 2007 when he purchased the rights to a large holiday resort in Main Beach, which he ran for over 9 years.

Phil joined joined the successful team at MR Sales as a management rights broker in 2014 after a long and successful career in finance and accounting. He has a wealth of knowledge in related fields such as Accounting, Finance and Contracts.

Phil has had over 8 years of experience as Managing Director of a small finance company where he was heavily involved in securing multi-million dollar loans for clients in the mining industry. He has also had experience on the board of a large private hospital group. His main role in this group was risk management. Phil has a unique ability to solve problems and get the job done.

Phil looks forward to servicing the Gold Coast management rights industry.

Licenced Real Estate Agent Qld & NSW

Certified Practicing Accountant

B.Com Degree, Newcastle University majoring in Accounting

Post graduate course in Contract Management
