Patrick Sergi

United Property Services was born out of Patrick’s ambition to use his extensive experience in Retail Leasing to build his own business. With a career spanning over two decades, Patrick has earned a reputation for his conscientiousness and warm, approachable manner. Patrick acquired specialised expertise in Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment Leasing over senior roles at Scentre Group (owner and operator of Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand), Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Jardine. Following his managing of cross-departmental teams, he is enjoying his newest role; allowing him to work on a more personal level with his clients and support team.
