With a rapid rise in Sydney real estate, Patrick has always been associated with the best in the business, quickly becoming known for high volume selling, noteworthy results and landmark transactions.

Tapping into the ‘collective selling’ framework at BresicWhitney (the opposite of a franchise or one-agent model) Patrick works with all BW colleagues to help sell each other’s listings, introduce buyers, and better serve sellers.

In addition to being a licensed estate agent, Patrick has undertaken a Bachelor of Architecture, as well as becoming a Certified Associate in Project Management and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.

His clients are continually drawing on this broad knowledge of all real estate aspects and asset classes of property.
