Nick Spasevski

Nick began his real estate career in 1983 in Sydney’s Inner West area. Within 5 years, Nick became one of the highest grossing salesmen within a then leading franchise group coming second only to a salesman from the more expensive Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

After these achievements, Nick turned his attention to the commercial and industrial markets and after meeting co-founder Peter Taylor, decided to set up Taylor Nicholas. Within three years Taylor Nicholas had three offices serving Sydney’s traditional industrial regions. As well as selling and leasing, Nick oversees the North Shore, Inner West and Western Sydney offices of the company.

During his career Nick has sold properties ranging in value to $10.5 million and marketed and sold industrial complexes with value exceeding $20 million.
