Nick Playfair

Nick is the first to say that he’s lived all over. Born in the Eastern Suburbs overlooking Queens Park, his Dad’s work took the family to Kent, England, for several years before returning to take up residence on Sydney’s North Shore.

Now firmly focused on the Inner West, Nick’s knowledge of Sydney living is considerable. He learns a lot from listening; listening to the needs of his clients, listening to other locals as they wait for coffee in the morning. It’s the eclectic fabric of Sydney that keeps Nick engaged in real estate – especially in the Inner West where people come from every walk of life.

It was his uncle who worked in real estate that gave Nick his first start when university wasn’t fitting quite right. Cutting his teeth in Darlinghurst, the call of the west was great and now he’s a local in his own right.

Ensuring great relationships with his clients and being sensitive to their needs is a busy job, but Nick’s a hard worker and enjoys the variety of his life.
