Nick Johnston

Nick Johnston was born and raised in Broome, where he has spent the majority of his life. Nick has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Management and Business Law, and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Property.

Nick has 6 years’ experience as a valuer in commercial and residential properties with Opteon, servicing the Kimberley Region. He also worked for three years in the Commercial Valuations and Advisory Department at CBRE in Perth. Throughout his valuation career, he has gained vast experience valuing a wide range of commercial assets, including industrial, office, retail (including shopping centres and large format retail), mixed use developments, childcare centres, service stations, vacant land and development sites. Additionally, Nick also has a background in strata management.

His experience in commercial valuation has equipped him with a deep understanding of the local market and he is excited to continue developing the commercial arm of Ray White Broome. Nick aims to build on the strong Ray White brand as market leaders through his commitment to providing personalised, client focused commercial real estate services.

Outside of work, Nick is a dedicated family man who enjoys quality time with his two young children and embracing the beautiful outdoor lifestyle that Broome and the Kimberley have to offer.

It is hard to beat a weekend away overlooking the ocean somewhere nice.

What do you do for fun?

Enjoy catching up with mates for a cold one or two, which might also involve lunch or dinner and/or catching a game of footy.
