Nick joined the JLL Melbourne office leasing team in 2009, one of only four candidates selected from 126 applicants.
Over the past 13 years Nick’s focus has been project leasing and development having played a critical role in a number of Melbourne’s most successful developments including 839 Collins Street, 850 Collins Street, One Melbourne Quarter and Two Melbourne Quarter.
Nick has strong relationships with tenant representatives and advisors ensuring his clients maintain a thorough understanding of tenants key drivers and decision- making processes.
