He has overseen more than 1,400 property transactions and facilitated over $645 million in commercial asset sales, making him the highest volume commercial agent in Ray White history and firmly placing him in the top 1% of the national group. Nathan’s client list includes major institutions, developers, and investors, and his expertise spans investment sales, development sites and high-profile retail and commercial assets.

As Director of RWC Bayside, Nathan has established an award-winning commercial real estate office. Under his leadership, the business has experienced strong growth, driven by a team that combines local market knowledge with broad industry insight. Nathan plays a hands-on role in mentoring emerging agents, and his collaborative, client-first approach is central to the culture he’s created.

He maintains active involvement in strategic local initiatives such as the Capalaba Town Centre Revitalisation and the Wynnum CBD Renewal projects.
