Monique started her real estate career at age 18 working in sales support. At age 21 Monique ventured her skills and joined the Queensland police service where she worked as a police officer for the next 7 years giving her valuable people and negotiation skills.
Monique followed her passion for real estate after her own experiences buying, renovating and selling property. She has tried and tested her methods with successfully renovating property on the Gold Coast and maximising sale price through property staging with Cairns properties.
With a strong background in property sales and staging Monique's focus is on achieving a maximum sales price and a minimum days on market whilst acting honestly, with integrity and a dedication to ensuring the buying and selling process is as stress free as it can be.
