Monique Dalton

Monique served 4 years in the Royal Australian Navy as a Combat Systems Operator which instilled a resilient mindset along with a desired skill set for proven track record of structure, discipline, pride, presentation and organisation.

Afterwards she worked as a travel agent then team leader within the Flight Centre Travel Group for 6 years which helped develop many skills including leadership, management, communication, running team meetings, delivering on set targets and goals.

During her time at Flight Centre she had qualified and attended a global gathering which only the top tier sales consultants globally get to attend.

Due to the pandemic affecting the travel industry so greatly Monique has now made the leap to commercial real estate where her skillsets are a valued asset with Ray White Northern Corridor Group. Building great relationships with clients is something Monique values and she cannot wait to help her team and clients find what they are looking for in the commercial space.
