Michael Wallace

Born & bred in Kalamunda, Michael attended the local schools and was lucky enough to experience the charm on The Hills and surrounding areas. Michael has fond childhood memories of learning to ride on bush tracks, playing footy with the Kalamunda Tigers and competing in sports at the local recreational centre. He believes 'The Foothills' is an exciting area, holding huge potential with planned future infrastructure developments.

More recently, with a growing family Michael and his wife set out to buy a family home and was surprised with the various levels of service they received when looking to make a purchase. This inspired Michael to join the real estate industry already having over 20 years experience in service and sales. Michael Wallace hit the ground running with his career in real estate quickly becoming an established agent in Perth’s foothills and surrounds. In 2018 Michael was awarded REIWA Rookie of the Year for the highest number of sales in his first year with 21 sales worth almost $10,000,000. Michael is achieving great results in the current market conditions with fantastic service levels for vendors and importantly builds great rapport with buyers.
