Melinda grew up in the Lower North Shore, but it’s more than the water that keeps her engaged to Sydney. Now a resident of Elizabeth Bay, she enjoys the intimacy of the older neighbourhoods of Sydney – cosmopolitan but with a village feel, almost Manhattan-like.
With this intimacy come unique discoveries and Melinda maintains that she is still consistently surprised when she crosses the threshold to visit a new property. Terrace houses may look uniform from the street, warehouses necessarily bland, but inside is a unique personality that’s been carefully (or carelessly) nurtured.
