From managing local branches in Geelong to overseeing large teams as a Regional Customer Executive, Mathew’s career has been built on trust, strong relationships, and a commitment to excellence. His ability to support clients through complex financial decisions, including home lending, gives him a unique perspective when guiding buyers and sellers through the property process.

Mathew was drawn to RT Edgar because of its strong community values and family-oriented culture. He thrives on the opportunity to work closely with local buyers, vendors, and businesses, ensuring each transaction is smooth and stress-free. Away from work, Mathew is actively involved with the Queenscliff Football Club as a coach and committee member. He also enjoys playing golf at Lonsdale Links and spending quality time with family and friends.
