Mark Andrews

Mark first joined Lin Andrews Real Estate as a Company Cadet in 1988. In 2003 he chose to leave employment with this company and start his own Real Estate Agency as a Lin Andrews Franchise in the Port Adelaide Region. His wife joined him in 2004 and their business flourished.

A mix of residential management clients and a growing portfolio of commercial management clients gave them both a high level of satisfaction. Their influence spread back toward the City of Adelaide and across through Wingfield and the Adelaide Plains toward our Salisbury Office. Mark and Carina cared a lot for every new client… and every new client told a friend. It was a winning formula.

In 2009 Mark sold his business to the Lin Andrews Group and re-joined the Lin Andrews Head Office where there was more professional discipline and balanced working hours… an opportunity for true professional career development in a sustainable way. We also needed to groom him toward the CEO’s role as a result of his older brother having given twelve months’ notice of his intent to leave the CEO role of the Group. Mark became CEO in January 2011… a position which he holds to this day.

A summary of Mark’s career and character is that he knows a lot about every aspect of real estate agency practice. He knows a lot about the governance and management of a significant business which employs a lot of stable career driven people. He also knows a lot about long term property investment and the taxation implications of various investment vehicles available to those planning a long term strategy of wealth creation.

Mark is very involved in community activities. He holds senior Board positions but also finds time to coach “little fella’s” at soccer.
