Margaret Boyden

Margaret Boyden was born in Northam and moved to Kalgoorlie- Boulder in 1980.

She commenced working in the Real Estate Industry in 1993 and started Murphy Boyden Real Estate with Business Partner Lindsey Murphy in 1988. She became sole owner in 2006.

Staff training and qualifications are important to Margaret, including staff's personal growth.

Looking after her staff means supporting and acknowledging them and their family life. This is important and is part of the reason behind the awesome stability and loyalty of her staff.

Testimony to this work/family/individual ethos are the company five, ten and fifteen year club members, developed to recognise and celebrate the people who have been within her employ for those periods.

Individual success means as a business we are dynamic, healthy and successful.

Margaret has three family members working for her and includes all my staff as an extension of her nearest and dearest.

This focus is extended to relationships developed with people in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder community. "The community is the success behind us, so it's important to give something back. It's about balance, not just the bottom line".
