Being native Chinese, Linda’s multilingual capabilities and cross-border experiences enable her to skilfully understand issues faced by the client and then work efficiently with them to with to achieve a viable solution.

Most recently, Linda has looked after various inbound Chinese clients with their real estate investments into Sydney and has assisted them throughout the acquisition and management of those assets. Her diversified consultant background makes her well positioned to advise corporates and high net worth local and offshore Asian investors. She has acted exclusively as client’s independent property advisor and consultant providing strategic advice, involving site acquisition freehold and leasehold, financial modelling, negotiations of commercial terms, providing strategic property advice and valuable experiences in acquisition due diligence and asset management. Linda holds a Master in Property, Bachelor of Property Economics. She is also a registered real estate valuer in NSW.
