About Lincoln Blackledge
With 17 years' commercial property experience both within the UK and Australia, Lincoln is an expert in Financier & Insolvency Practitioner sales and services as well as the development site sub-sectors of residential and roadside and leisure.
Prior to founding Stonebridge with his partners, Lincoln held the position of Director of the Metropolitan Investment Property team within CB Richard Ellis's Sydney office.
During his seven years there, Lincoln was involved in sales, leasing and consultancy services across all property types in Metropolitan Sydney and NSW for private clients through to major multinational companies.
Lincoln holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management (General Practice Surveying) from the University of Northumbria, UK and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as being a licensed real estate agent.
