Having owned and operated successful businesses in the Toowoomba region before establishing his real estate career, Lachlan purchased Darling Downs Realty with his wife Bronwyn in 2003, and over time recruited and mentored a number of highly skilled and dedicated Sales and Rental professionals, to build an agency with a local reputation for delivering excellence in Real Estate services.
In 2012, the Evans family merged Darling Downs Realty with McAdam & Turnbull and brought together over 40 years of Real Estate experience and local knowledge into one professional agency.
Since 2003 Lachlan has built a strong reputation as a Real Estate Principal, Property Manager and Sales Professional. He understands that Real Estate is about people, building good relationships, and giving clients peace of mind rather than being just ‘about houses’. Highly adept at property investment and in tune with the needs of buyers, sellers and investors alike, Lachlan has an impressive network of business associates and clients who rely on his expertise in negotiating the challenges, and rewards, of residential property investment.
Now considered one of the highest performing agencies in the Toowoomba Region, Lachlan continues to grow and mentor his team at McAdam & Turnbull together with business partner and wife Bronwyn, whilst assisting many loyal clients with their sales and rental needs.
