Known for her approachable and collaborative style, Kyla places great importance on building strong tenant and owner relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met with efficiency and care. She is skilled in coordinating maintenance operations and liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to keep properties running smoothly.

Kyla is also managing several CAPEX projects, including HVAC upgrades and multiple fit outs across the portfolio. Her attention to detail and project management skills consistently delivers high-quality results and tenant satisfaction.
