With well over 100 Million dollars worth of sales to her credit and having worked within real estate for many years, you can be assured that you are in the capable hands of a true industry professional. Kim has gathered a mountain of knowledge throughout her career; in that time she has received her Diploma of Property Services (Real Estate).

Kim moved to the Kingborough region to rent her grandmothers house on the beach and she now finds that 30 years later she is still here. She remembers as a young child accompanying her grandmother to collect rent from that same beachfront property. That was when the trees were all huge and extremely old.

Her children went to school here, and have now settled here. She recently sold a beautiful home to her mother who has relocated here from South Hobart after 40 years.

She has only ever bought and sold properties in Kingston for herself personally and has investments, that shows that she is indeed very invested in this area.

Her current home is on Roslyn Avenue and is indeed extremely recognisable. After John (her wonderful husband) and her renovated their property they now have a stately 3 storey home that they love.

She is very recognised in Kingston having run charity auctions for local businesses and volunteered at many different sites over the years for different causes.
