Ken Hargreaves

Ken Hargreaves has had passion for Real Estate all of his adult life and after successfully running many businesses over the years decided to turn his hand in 1997 to what was to become his most successful foray in the business world to date. When Ken joined the LJ Hooker group, he had observed an obvious lack of service level in the Gold Coast Commercial sector of Real Estate. He knew that to reach the heights in the industry he was used to, a new attitude needed to be infused in the market place. It was this attitude that has taken Ken to the very top of the commercial sector and has repeatedly gained Multi-Million Dollar status in the prestigious LJ Hooker Captains Club, being the top 5% internationally for Real Estate agents. Ken was also the first agent to be dual recipient of the number one agent status for the LJ Hooker group on the Gold Coast.

Kens never say die approach to Real estate has seen him whether the ups and down of the Gold Coast marketplace better than most and has in fact placed him in the prime decision making process with some of the coasts top development groups.
