Karen Gorton

Karen Gorton has been with Elders since 2008 having been in the real estate industry since 1988. In her 35+ years in Real Estate, Karen has worked her way through the roles from Receptionist, Property Manager, Sales Agent to Director. As a Director of Elders Grafton, Karen successfully oversees the PM division and ensures the smooth operation of an ethical and sustainable practice.

Karen has always lived in the Clarence Valley in both rural and residential settings and has enjoyed raising her now adult children in the Valley. Karen enjoys spending her spare time outdoors caravanning and walking, and anything associated with our beautiful river system.

In reflecting on Karen's strengths, it’s certainly the ability to co-ordinate her large team and hold strong the foundation of honesty, transparency and trust. Her leadership in the Property Management division ensures that everyday dealings are dealt with in accordance with moving legislation and that her team is well supported. Karen's quite a humble leader however the results of her team a clear reflection of her management style.
