Josie possesses a genuine enthusiasm and ardor to the real estate industry and her clients, that is second to none. Her strong passion for the residential property market can be attributed to ranking her in the top 1% of Queensland real estate salespersons, awarded amongst the State’s high performers on “The A-List” for four consecutive years, being the State's only non-self nominated industry award. She has also been awarded the “A-List Excellence Award” which recognises outstanding performance amongst these elite agents.

Pledging an avid commitment many years ago to actively do her part to help change the negative stereotype of real estate agents, within our own local community, Josie takes quite a philanthropic approach in her role. She aligned herself with an incredible number of charity organisations to give back to her community, and this has been Josie's way of saying thank you to Ipswich for its steadfast support, whilst also championing the cause to help break that negative stereotype. Josie has been involved in a great deal of local volunteer work and is a keen advocate in networking and developing supporting relationships with other local businesses.

Her benevolent mindset stems from her 10 years spent in nursing prior to Real Estate. She is very much a people person, with a natural sincere empathy to actually want to make a difference in peoples lives. She is entirely focused on her clients and their best interests are at the heart of every decision she makes. It is Josie's belief that a steadfast approach to consistent and supportive client service is a ’must have’ ingredient for all successful client relations. She further understands that the real estate market is ever changing, challenging her as an agent to remain at the top of her game at all times.
