An ambitious go-getter, Joff’s motivation with commercial real estate comes from setting goals for himself and working hard to achieve them.

Joff’s first connection with commercial real estate came from his Architectural background with a key focus on commercial office fit-outs, where his passion for the sales process led him to following a path in real estate. Throughout his career, Joff has had exposure to large commercial real estate projects where he worked on some of Melbourne’s most notable office, education, retail, and government projects. Now as a leasing executive, he combines his technical expertise, strong relationship building skills and work ethic to deliver outstanding results to his clients.

His exceptional relationship building skills allows Joff to develop long standing connections with his wide personal network. He enjoys the ability to gain knowledge from the diverse range of cliental he works with and to learn from their success throughout the transaction process. Aided by his strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, clients often describe Joff as a meticulous individual that goes above and beyond for their needs.

Joff understands the importance of setting goals both intrinsically and extrinsically and how they are often intertwined. Consciously exploring room for growth in all facets of his life has allowed him to continue accepting new challenges and opportunities. In his spare time, Joff frequents the MCG as a loyal Richmond supporter. A keen traveller, he has spent time exploring different cultures and working part time all over the world from Europe to Sri Lanka. Locally, Joff enjoys staying active by spending time camping with mates and surfing in Anglesea.
