Joel has over 20 years experience with residential subdivision with background in both town planning and land surveying. Joel has worked in a town planning capacity in both Local & State Government.

Joel is also a Director of a market leading surveying firm which is involved with over 200 subdivisions per year. This large volume of new lots being created has resulted in relationships being formed with building sales consultants who play a key role with first home buyers due to lenders now requiring a building contract to be in place before providing finance to buy land.
