With over 23 years of experience in real estate sales, Jason founded Harcourts Coast & Lifestyle in 2009 and takes great pride in the professional team he has created. As a local resident, he actively participates in community initiatives, serving as President of the Westernport Chamber of Commerce and volunteering on the local Bendigo Bank Board.

As a father of two (Tommy and Tullie) and husband to fellow Director Stephanie Dowler, Jason enjoys the challenge of balancing a thriving real estate career with a busy family life. Now living on an acreage, he loves the thought that his children can grow up in that environment.

Jason holds a degree in Business & Marketing, which enables him to effectively manage the office and position the Coast & Lifestyle Brand within the lifestyle sector of the Mornington Peninsula.
