James commenced his career working in Commercial Real Estate in 2003. With a base in Corporate Real Estate James moved into an Agency role over 15 years ago. James has negotiated more than 700 Leasing and Sales transactions with a particular focus on the Metropolitan office markets of Melbourne.
Prior to James joining Gill Property Group he held senior positions within Knight Frank, being responsible for both the Metropolitan leasing team and the overall Eastern Office.
James’ has extensive experience with project Leasing & sales, strategic repositioning of assets, Lease strategy & implementation and lease renewals along with an in-depth knowledge of occupiers current and future imperatives.
Along with an in depth knowledge and experience within the Metropolitan markets, James brings to the table a strong work ethic, is passionate about working with small and large private clients and is dedicated to building strong lasting relationships with his clients.
