James Harding

James has joined the Projects team alongside Tim Abbott as a Site Sales Executive. Holding a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, he is eager to continue his real estate career and build relationships with Home Owners, Investors, Developers and Builders.

He has a strong connection to the Lower North Shore, having lived here for the majority of his life. Since completing his degree, he has gained valuable experience in leasing and property management at an ASX-listed REIT, where he has developed his skills and understanding of the market.

When he is not working, he enjoys playing and watching rugby, cricket, golf and surfing.

James is committed to building a long term career in real estate and wishes to specialise in site sales and acquisitions of development sites.
