As Director and Principal Licensee of Truway Property Group Jacques has over 25 years of diverse property experience with a unique property focused background spanning across several continents and property disciplines.

Jacques has achieved sustained successes since 2007 working respectively for leading commercial agencies such as CBRE and Colliers International. Specialising in Western Australia with a wealth of hands-on property management expertise in various senior roles that includes the management of assets tenanted by notable brands such as Apple, Louis Vuitton, Nespresso, Optus, Vodafone, Woolworths, Probe Group, Caltex, McDonalds, Red Rooster, Worksafe, and many others.

Some notable premium assets managed by Jacques includes assets owned by Primewest, Old Swan Brewery, Far East Organization, Perth Airport Park One, Crime and Corruption Commission, EG Funds.

Acting in the capacity of Asset Manager for the KAO Group of Companies, Jacques oversees the comprehensive performance management of the Gallop Investments property portfolio.

Jacques brings considerable institutional, private investment and asset management experience. He has been actively involved in the acquisition, property management, leasing, project, refurbishment and divestment activities in excess of $500m across all asset classes of office, industrial and retail assets.
