Ivan Blow

My passion for real estate sparked at an early age whilst attending open for inspections with mum and dad. I was always guessing the sale prices and getting them pretty well right as a little kid! I started my career in the property sector within inner-city Richmond during the late 90s. In 2002 I took the significant leap across the Yarra River to play a pivotal role in establishing what we now recognize as Buxton Bentleigh. I still love it.

I enjoy and thrive on the team work and have established a reputation for my comprehensive industry knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a refreshingly easy-going straightforward approach in what can be a smoke and mirrors industry. I’d like to believe those who know me would say I’m an honest hard worker. With over 25 years experience I’m highly capable assuming a leadership role in intense negotiations, I interact with both sellers and buyers in an approachable and light-hearted manner.

After accumulating more than 25 years of experience in real estate, my clients reap the rewards of my achievements, consistently positioned in the top tier for sales volume. As a skilled and acclaimed auctioneer, I enjoy the craft, thrill and excitement on auction day, and love being hands-on with the entire sales process from start to finish.

Natalie Tan has worked beside me now for 10 years. We’re both proud of this relationship as it’s certainly unique within the industry. We work brilliantly as a team and Natalie creates a balanced dynamic and her Mandarin language skills do come in mighty handy!

Beyond my professional life, I reside as a local in Murrumbeena and find joy in various pursuits. A new husband and father of 2 I’ve wholeheartedly embraced fatherhood and the life changes that come with the task. Additionally I love to cook and garden and as I’ve matured and mellowed consider cleaning a pastime. I do have an old sports car (nothing fancy) that’s lots of fun on the right sunny day. I can’t wait to be able to enjoy that more with my eldest son in time. I have family in London and Spain so getting on a plane with the family is something I’m looking forward to very much.
