Idan Gutman

Hailing from a family of seven, Idan Gutman has had ample opportunity to develop the outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required for his role as buyers agent to Sally Zelman and Darren Krongold.

A recently qualified agents’ representative – from which he graduated top of his class – Idan focuses on high-quality interactions with clients and customers throughout his busy days at Gary Peer & Associates Caulfield North. “A big part of my passion for the property industry is that I enjoy working with people,” says Idan of his career choice. “I love knowing that my work can help make positive changes to our clients lives.” Idan also prides himself on being confident and trustworthy, characteristics he believes are essential for productive working relationships.

A Hebrew speaker – thanks to his Israeli background – and a Caulfield and St Kilda East local, Idan’s knowledge of the market is faultless. As such, he’s ideally placed to advise potential buyers on the merits of the area and clients quickly see that they can trust his work ethic and commitment.

In his spare time Idan loves trying new things and loves travel, particularly to new places where he enjoys learning about different cultures, making memories and generally broadening his horizons!
