Bob Berry Real Estate is an independent agency operating in Dubbo for nearly 50 years with a team of eight working in sales and eight in property management. We specialise in the sale and leasing of residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle properties in the Dubbo, Wellington, Narromine, Geurie, Wongarbon and surrounding villages.

Our key strengths are our communication strategies with our clients including our comprehensive reporting system. We are constantly evolving our negotiation skills in accordance with the market conditions and being local our market knowledge is driven to exceed expectations.

In 2021 we were awarded the contract as co-ordinating for No. I Church St, the first high rise apartment complex in Dubbo of 70 apartments.

We are a member of the REINSW and Dubbo Chamber of Commerce.

Graeme Board has over 40 years experience as an auctioneer and agent in the Dubbo area. Graeme was Managing Director of Graeme Board and Company from 1989, and Davidson and Cameron Dubbo from 2007 to 2014. Graeme is a past president of both the Dubbo Stock and Station Agents Association, and the NSW Stock and Station Agents Association (ALPA), with life membership awarded. Graeme has also held positions for the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets and Dubbo Showground Advisory Committees.

Graeme has been involved with many local community groups and organisations, having been president of the Dubbo Rugby Club 18 years; President of the Dubbo Show Society for 8 years and also current President of the Outback Dragon Boat Club. Graeme has a true passion for Dubbo and was recognised as the Dubbo 2014 Australia Day Citizen of the Year.
