Gary Wood

As Managing Director of CLK for more than 20 years, Gary is competitive by nature and understands what it takes to be successful in the real estate game. As the fifth generation member of his family to hold a directorship in the Charles L King and Co, Gary is acutely aware of the importance of longevity and loyalty in real estate.

Gary has studied accounting and business management at a tertiary level and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of Australia. He is also a member of the Real Estate and Valuer Association of NSW and specialises in commercial and residential sales and is one of our most senior auctioneers.

Gary is highly regarded as the local property expert and delivering the highest possible sale price is a constant driving force and a matter of professional pride. He understands the importance of running a successful business and knows one of the most important facets is the ‘people’ that are involved with you. He is proud that CLK has not just ‘good’ people but ‘great’ people who all strive to offer great service to all clients.

In his spare time, Gary enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his wife and three grown up children.
