Emily Cosgrove

My role within the business is a Property Investment Manager, my responsibilities include independently running a portfolio, this includes leasing, maintenance & inspections, handling tenant arrears and both tenant and owner relations.

I started working in real estate in 2018 in Sydney where I went from straight after high school as a receptionist, I then moved up in the business to a property management associate role which I continued to do to for a few years. I have now recently moved to Newcastle and have taken on a property manager role which I am currently here at LJ Hooker

In my role, all my days are quite different and dynamic, not every day is the same, our days consist of many different appointments and responsibilities which makes every day interesting and keeps me engaged.

Outside of work, I love going to the gym, going for walks and grabbing a coffee, catching up with friends and going back home from time to time to see my family.
