Derick Botha

A self-described people person, Derick works in the best interest of every Landlord, Seller, Tenant or Client to achieve the best outcome for everyone. In his own words: “There is nothing like a fantastic outcome, resulting in happy clients” He entered the Real Estate industry in Perth in 2009 and draws on his extensive experience and skills, to achieve win-win outcomes and positive service experiences for clients from all walks of life. Derick is a qualified Real Estate and Business agent with a current Triennial license and a Business Management degree. Derick has developed properties himself, and this gives him a first-hand appreciation of the requirements and specific needs when dealing with developers, builders and investors. Derick values the Australian way of life and is a keen sports fan. He has played Rugby Union, competed on the Athletics track and enjoyed long-distance running. Cycling around Perth before the sun comes up in the morning is his latest passion.
