Dennis Nutt

Dennis Nutt, formerly Group Chief Auctioneer for Ray White NSW, joined Ray White Epping, offering both experience & a unique style in auctioneering which is borne from his broad background selling both live stock & broad acre properties across New South Wales, The ACT and Queensland and he has been in the Property Industry since 1979.

He commenced his real estate career on the Gold Coast where he gained valuable experience in sales and Auctioneering with LJ Hooker Limited before relocating to Brisbane. Prior to joining the team at Ray White Epping, Dennis had overseen the management and sale of approximately 100 residential properties annually on behalf of two (2) National Financial Institutions. The majority of his career has been in South East Queensland and the Sydney market place, during which time he sold and auctioned all categories of property across the New South Wales and Queensland markets.

One of the highlights of his career was achieving a National Australian Record Sale under the hammer of $44 million for 3 Spring Street, City of Sydney. Dennis’ credentials include his accreditation as holding a Diploma as a Fellow to Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI), Licensed Real Estate Agent, in NSW. Brian White Chairman of the Ray White Group, awarded Dennis the Chairman's Cup in 2001 for a “significant” contribution to the group for his efforts in coordinating and conducting the official National 500 day Countdown Auction for SOCOG for the Sydney Olympic Games 2000.

Dennis has also recently been recognized for his contributions to the Ray White group as the Leading Auctioneer having conducted over 30,000+ auctions during his successful career. His peers, clients and members of the real estate community hold his skills in high regard as he has been instrumental in assisting with the sale of tens of thousands of properties.
