Dean Cummins

Co-Principal, Dean Cummins started his career in Real Estate Industry in Tamworth in August 2001, and prides himself on being different to the average real estate agent, Originally from a Finance/Banking background Dean has many years experience in financing most forms of Property Development and Commercial Operations. Moving to Tamworth in 1994 Dean successfully ran 2 local businesses until making the move into Real Estate. This experience coupled with formal Accounting Qualifications provides Dean with a unique and diverse background that makes him ideally suited to this role. Having sold in excess of $50 million of property in the last three years Dean has made his mark on the Tamworth Real Estate scene.

The purchase of a local franchise in Tamworth in July 2004 was a logical progression for Dean, enabling him to once again utilise the management skills honed during his corporate career. In a short period of time the agency has grown to become one of the most significant Real Estate Offices in the Tamworth Region. In the last 5 years the office has sold almost $330 million of Real Estate, across all sectors.
