Dean Applegate

Originally born in London, Dean travelled extensively throughout Europe before settling in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Dean has been involved in the property industry for over 15 years and has close to a decades local Real Estate experience across management, sales and residential project marketing.

Having successfully purchased and sold several investment properties of his own in Sydney, by way of auction and private treaty both established and off plan, Dean has a complete understanding of being on both sides of the transaction. This firsthand experience enables him to read the market in advance and advise his clients with clarity, having been in their position on several occasions.

Dean established himself as an integral part of a multinational sales team and was most recently involved in two of the CBD’s highest profile developments being Barangaroo and Darling Square by Lend Lease. Throughout his sales career in Sydney, Dean has sold over 500 properties in Sydney for an end value in excess of $500,000,000 and has broken many records in the process.
