David Toner

David has relevant experience and competencies within the commercial property market and has been involved in both sales and leasing roles, at times acting on behalf of Private individuals,Property Trusts,Institutional Investors in addition to the ACT Government represented by Land Development Agency.

David has undertaken tailored campaigns for both sale and leasing roles and has successfully marketed a wide range of properties for his clients. The sale activities include Aged Care sites, Industrial Land, Retail assets in addition to stand alone commercial office and portfolio sales.

David's experience in the commercial property industry to date has encompassed acquisitions and disposals, project and general leasing for a variety of corporate and private investors.

Within the corporate sector David's experiance includes the position of Associate Director with Jones Lang LaSalle ( ACT) where David oversaw the Capital Markets team prior to commencing BMR commercial in 2011. He has successfully managed the assessment, strategic positioning and disposal of numerous multi-million dollar commercial, retail and industrial properties across Canberra and surrounds
