David McPhillips

David commenced his property career in 2017 with Knight Frank where he focused on the North Brisbane Industrial market, specifically Brendale and the inner north precincts. David has established himself as a diligent and honest agent with a focus on delivering the best outcome for his clients.

Prior to 2017, David spent 9 years in the UK working for a major Global Investment Bank and a large private hedge fund where he specialised in Risk and Financial Analysis. David returned to Australia in 2011 and worked at QGC in a lead business advisory and negotiator role for the Upstream Asset team.

David’s strengths include his in-depth market knowledge of current tenants and their active requirements, his collaborative approach working with all parties to ensure a successful transaction.
