I’ve been selling rural properties for 23 years helping dozens of clients sell and buy. My experience tells me that for most people, knowledge, honesty and communication are valued more highly than the number of properties sold, or having an agent's face on a sign.

Many of the landholders I have worked with have had family in the district for generations. It is a privilege to assist them with the sale of their property so they can move on with the next chapter of their life.

The Scenic Rim is where I grew up. I’ve spent decades as a full-time farmer. I’m still involved in primary production. Don’t underestimate the value of an agent working on your behalf who has a deep knowledge of the region and the agricultural industries it supports. It’s an important piece of the puzzle in choosing an agent.

I hate real estate cliches as much as you do. So, I will simply say that my team and I work hard to deliver what we promise. Our motto, ‘where customers come first’ underpins our approach to providing superior customer service and results by establishing open lines of communication; giving honest and accurate advice; and having a genuine interest in our clients.

In 23 years, the way in which real estate is bought and sold has changed dramatically. Social media ads and online property portals have largely replaced print advertising; phone calls and office walk ins swapped for emails and text messages. Whilst we deliver ‘old school’ service, we do it from a modern platform. But just because it is new, doesn’t necessarily mean it suits a rural client and their property. If we think the latest thing will not deliver the best results for our client – we won’t use it.

We get a lot of repeat clients and referrals. I think this is a testament to our approach and our track record.
