Cynthia Sajkunovic

Cynthia commenced working as the receptionist at LJ Hooker Unley, whilst attending studies to obtain a real estate license. After 5 years of ‘learning the ropes’ and understanding the intricacies of the industry, Cynthia developed a solid foundation of contract preparation, contract law, marketing and sales analysis, whilst furthering her studies to real estate management and auctioneering.

At 21 years of age, Cynthia commenced real estate sales – the start of annual sales awards and achievements rarely seen by a young sales consultant, selling in the south-eastern/eastern suburbs of Adelaide and has continued to dominate these areas throughout her 25 year career.

In December 2014, Cynthia decided to move to Ouwens Casserly Real Estate. The Directors Alex Ouwens and Nathan Casserly had created a fresh, modern, innovative and highly successful real estate company. Cynthia studying their success admired their genuine approach to clientele and staff alike and so a wonderful relationship was formed.

The new beginning for Cynthia has already shown the industry that she continues to carry No. 1 status, she continues to be invited to comment on the Adelaide real estate market. Without flinching from a huge career change, Cynthia was awarded ‘Top Solo Consultant’ for the first quarter of 2015 at Ouwens Casserly Real Estate. This is an achievement she is extremely proud of, with sales of just over $16 million!

In 2004, Cynthia became the youngest female in auctioneering; she keenly challenged herself to develop greater confidence to a larger audience than that of her vendors and purchasers on a day-to-day basis. Cynthia entered the Society of Auctioneers of Appraisers (SA) Inc. Novice Auction Award and took out the title.

Cynthia’s approach to her business is that she believes in her product, her clients and listens to their wants and needs before planning ‘the solution’ to achieve the ultimate result. For Cynthia, it’s personal – it’s not about getting the listing and just selling a house. The focus is on advice for presentation of the home, ensuring the right look has been applied to invite a greater number of prospective buyers to view the home, advising the best method of sale and explaining the basis of how it was derived to be the recommendation, tailoring a marketing campaign to best suit the price range to be achieved and applying Cynthia’s superior personal presentation and professionalism to create ‘world class’ open inspections every vendor could be proud of – knowing the best representation is being made on their behalf.

Cynthia is a self-confessed perfectionist, she is sure to provide you with the confidence that no stone has been left unturned in the entire sale process. This is what makes a ‘No. 1’ agent … and then there’s the commitment to service which is by far, second to none. Cynthia is a firm believer in one-on-one service – there’s no handballing of your biggest asset to a personal assistant, Cynthia prides herself in the guarantee that only she is conducting your open inspections (whilst in a position to provide a second sales consultant on-site, if required), contract negotiation and ensuring the sale is concluded smoothly to settlement. Cynthia is also known to form tremendous relationships with her clients’, following on to great friendships.
