With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the commercial property market, Corey Johnson is a trusted expert in delivering tailored property solutions across commercial leasing, sales, property acquisitions, development, and syndication.
Corey’s career began in 1999, managing a commercial property portfolio at Knight Frank, progressing to major leasing roles with CB Richard Ellis, and then specialising in large format and retail leasing and sales. In 2005, he joined the ASX-listed Aspen Group Limited as an Asset Manager, where he drove the performance and growth of a national property portfolio for six years.
2011 Corey co-founded Acure Asset Management Limited, successfully building the business from inception. Acure AM has established 18 income-producing property investment funds. Of these, 4 funds have been wound up, with capital and profits returned to investors.
Relocating to Dunsborough in 2020 to launch Vault Property Pty Ltd — a forward-thinking commercial real estate agency dedicated to servicing clients in the region.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property & Marketing) from Curtin University and is the Licensee and Director at Vault Property Pty Ltd.
