Conaill Auty is an Analyst/Assistant Valuer and brings almost three years’ real estate experience to LAWD’s Melbourne-based Development Transactions and Advisory Team. In his short career, he has had exposure to complex land acquisition and compensation valuation matters, predominately within Melbourne’s greenfield and rural/speculative development markets.

Conaill’s consultancy and valuation background allows him to excel in his handling of complex transactions and advisory scenarios which require a detailed and sophisticated approach. His experience acting for both corporate and government clients has allowed him to develop strong relationships across the public and private sectors.

Conaill also has specialist experience in valuing government department portfolios for financial reporting, providing solar farm rating and taxation valuations, as well as market valuations for margin scheme purposes.
